My husband and I are extremely pleased with the work that Proto Chimney Services has given. We have a late 1950’s home with a chimney that was starting to crumble. I contacted a few people to look at it, Adam was the only one who took the time to talk to me about it, let alone get on the roof and inspect it. I was assured by them that that they could and would make it look amazing again and bring it up to current code. They really kept their word on that, the work they did was impeccable and I couldn’t believe how closely they could match nearly 60 year old brick! Once they got into the chimney repair work itself, they found some issues with some of the other brick as well and they fixed that too, knowing that it would be failing fairly soon. We really appreciated that they did this, and it just showed that they have great integrity. Then they took the time to explain to both my husband and I how to protect the brick that we have and keep everything looking great. They were very polite, respectful, knowledgeable and great to work with. We would absolutely recommend them to any of our friends or family.
